Kristin Thielemann, former trumpet player in the orchestra of the «Deutsche Oper Berlin», is well-known in Germany, Austria and Switzerland thanks to the success of her practice & music special “Voll motiviert” and the podcast of the same name. Her parents’ guide “Every child is musical” (Schott Music 2016) has been translated into Chinese and her publications for trumpet lessons are popular standard works. She is a guest lecturer at universities and music schools in Germany and abroad.

She is a jury member at music competitions in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

At the WJMF Kristin Thielemann is member of the jury for the concert competitions
